Credits and spend
AI credits are one pool for all the AI work in a business: messages to your assistants, blog posts, replies to enquiries, site translation and filling Image Studio layouts. Building your site costs no credits.
See your credits
- Open Settings -> Usage.
- AI credits shows how many are left, when new ones arrive and which part is monthly, gift or packs.
- Where credits went lists what used them, day by day. Open a line to see each action.
How credits arrive
- The free plan gives a welcome gift once, to your first business.
- Paid plans add new credits every month on your payment date, also on a yearly plan.
- Unused monthly credits carry over for one month.
- Move to a bigger plan and you get the difference for the rest of the month right away.
When credits run low
- At about a fifth left you see a note in Usage and in Assistants, and we send one email.
- At zero the assistants pause and the autopilot waits. Your site, enquiries and bookings keep working.
- If something fails, the credits for it come back.
- New pictures and invoices are counted separately - see Usage.
What each action costs
- Every AI action has a fixed price in credits. Building and editing your site yourself, publishing, enquiries and bookings cost nothing.
