Massage therapist website builder with booking

People booking a massage want to know three things: which treatment helps, how long it lasts and whether you come to them. Your site should answer all three and let them book the 60 or 90 minutes that suit them.

Start with a description like this

“Massage therapist. Sports and relaxing massage, I also travel to clients. I need treatment types, prices and booking.”

What a massage therapy website needs

  • Treatments described in plain words: sports, deep tissue, relaxing, pregnancy.
  • The same treatment in different lengths, each with its own price.
  • Whether you work from a studio, travel to clients, or both.
  • A few questions before the first session, such as injuries or areas to avoid.

How you get it here

  • Each treatment length becomes its own bookable service, from 30 minutes up to 2 hours, with time to change the table between clients.
  • A treatment can take place at the client's address, with up to 30 minutes added for travel between visits, so two home visits never overlap.
  • Up to 10 questions on the booking form, such as areas to avoid or a recent injury, and the answers arrive with the booking.
  • A confirmation email with a calendar file and a reminder before the session, 24 hours ahead unless you choose otherwise.

Regular clients

The client card keeps every session, so before a returning client you see what they booked last time and when.

Found by people nearby

The site tells search engines what kind of business you are, where you work and when you are open. Your dashboard lists the next steps, such as your Google Business Profile, and the directories that matter for your kind of business.

What it does not do yet

  • One person takes one booking at a time: a slot cannot hold several clients yet, so group sessions are not supported.
  • There are no session packages or prepaid bundles: each visit is booked and paid on its own.
  • Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.

Questions

Can I offer 60 and 90 minute versions of the same massage?

Yes. Make each length its own service with its own price, and clients choose the one they want.

I travel to clients. Does the booking allow for driving time?

Yes. Mark the treatment as taking place at the client's address and add travel time of up to 30 minutes; the calendar keeps that time free between visits.

Can I ask about injuries before the session?

Yes. Add up to 10 questions to the booking form. The answers arrive with the booking. Keep clinical notes elsewhere: the customer list is not a medical record.
