A simple customer list for small businesses
Enquiries from your site and bookings land in one list of customers, each with a card that keeps notes, messages and visits together.

Where customers come from
Every enquiry from your site's form and every booking creates or updates a customer card, and you get an email about each new enquiry. You can add people by hand too: when the details match someone you already have, we ask whether it is the same person.
The customer card
- An overview with the next appointment.
- Private notes that only their author can edit.
- Messages.
- The booking history.
Find anyone fast
Search, filter by source, date added or upcoming booking, sort and page through the list.
Reach out
Write and Call open your own email app or phone. Review requests go out from the product with a working unsubscribe link: at most two per customer, 90 days apart.
The data stays yours
Export the list to a spreadsheet that opens correctly in Excel. We never sell customer data and never use one business's customers for another.
What it does not do yet
- You cannot write to customers from inside the product yet. Write opens your own email app.
- There is no import from other tools yet.
- Deleting a customer is permanent and cannot be undone.
Questions
Where do enquiries from my website go?
Into Customers, as a card with everything the person wrote, and you get an email too. The form asks only for a name and a phone number or email, so it stays short enough to finish.
Can I export my customers?
Yes. Select the customers you need and export them to a spreadsheet file that opens correctly in Excel.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. Your business is the controller of the data people leave on your site. We store and process it for you, keep it apart from other businesses and never sell it.
