Veterinary clinic website builder with booking

Pet owners visit a vet site in two moods: calmly booking a vaccination, or in a panic at night. Your site has to serve both: online booking for routine visits, and the emergency number where nobody can miss it.

Start with a description like this

“Vet clinic. Consultations, vaccinations and surgery. I need the vets, the treatments and booking an appointment.”

What a vet clinic website needs

  • An emergency phone number and what to do out of hours, at the top.
  • Services: check-ups, vaccinations, dental care, surgery.
  • Which animals you treat.
  • Your vets and nurses, so owners know who will see their pet.

How you get it here

  • Your phone number becomes a tap-to-call link, and any button on the site can call you.
  • Routine visits become bookable services, with booking questions for the pet's name, species and age.
  • A team section for your vets and a price list for common treatments.
  • Every booking creates or updates the owner's card in Customers, with the full history of visits.
  • Two vets can see patients in the same slot. Each vet has their own hours and appointment types: up to 3 people on Starter and 10 on Business.

Found by pet owners nearby

The site tells search engines what kind of business you are, where you work and when you are open. Your dashboard lists the next steps, such as your Google Business Profile, and the directories that matter for your kind of business.

What it does not do yet

  • Emergencies are by phone: online booking is for routine visits only.
  • The owner card holds contacts and bookings, not the animal's medical record.
  • One person takes one booking at a time: a slot cannot hold several clients yet, so group sessions are not supported.
  • Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.

Questions

Can owners book a vaccination online?

Yes. Set it up as a service, and owners pick a real free slot; both of you get an email with a calendar file, and a reminder goes out before the visit.

Can I collect the pet's details when someone books?

Yes. Add up to 10 questions of your own to the booking form, such as the pet's name, species and age.

Does the site keep medical records?

No. The customer card keeps the owner's contacts and the history of bookings. Keep medical records in your practice software.
