Replies to enquiries wait in an approval queue. Anything that touches a customer or the live site, such as a review request, a booking or publishing, shows a confirmation card first. When an assistant works on its own, it can only create drafts.

What it does not do yet
- The assistants are in beta.
- They cannot post replies to Google reviews for you. You post the drafted answer yourself.
- There is no single log of everything an assistant did yet.
Questions
Can an assistant email my customer without me?
No. Replies wait for your approval, and anything that reaches a customer or changes the live site asks you first. When assistants work on their own, they only create drafts.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. When an assistant works with a customer or an enquiry, the details that task needs are sent to the model provider with that request. The provider may use them only to answer, never to train models.
