Tattoo shop website builder with online booking

People choose a tattoo artist by their portfolio, often weeks before they book. Your site has to show your work by style and make the first step easy: a consultation.

Start with a description like this

“Tattoo studio. Artists, flash designs and consultations. I need the artists work, prices and booking a session.”

What a tattoo website needs

  • A portfolio, ideally grouped by style.
  • Who your artists are and what each one is known for.
  • How booking works: consultation first, then the session.
  • Studio rules and aftercare, so clients arrive prepared.

How you get it here

  • Galleries for your portfolio and a team section for your artists.
  • A consultation as a bookable service, with booking questions about placement, size and the idea.
  • A text section for studio rules and aftercare, which you edit in place.
  • Requests for large pieces come through the enquiry form and land in Customers, with an email to you.
  • Two artists can take clients in the same slot, and clients book the artist whose work they came for: up to 3 people on Starter and 10 on Business.

The site tells search engines what kind of business you are, where you work and when you are open. Your dashboard lists the next steps, such as your Google Business Profile, and the directories that matter for your kind of business.

What it does not do yet

  • Sessions longer than 2 hours cannot be booked online: book the consultation, then plan the session yourself.
  • One person takes one booking at a time: a slot cannot hold several clients yet, so group sessions are not supported.
  • There are no consent forms to sign online.
  • Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.

Questions

Can clients book a full session online?

Sessions up to 2 hours, yes. Longer work is planned after a consultation, which clients book online like any other service.

Can clients send their idea before the consultation?

They can describe it in the booking questions or the enquiry form. Uploading reference images is not available yet.

Can I show each artist's work separately?

Yes. Use one gallery per artist or per style, and introduce each artist in the team section.
