Physiotherapy and physical therapy website builder

Someone in pain wants to know two things before they call: do you treat this problem, and how soon can I be seen. Your site should name the conditions you treat and show the next free assessment.

Start with a description like this

“Physiotherapist. Back, knee and post-injury rehab. I need the conditions I treat, prices and booking for a first session.”

What a physiotherapy website needs

  • The problems you treat, in the words patients use: back pain, a sports injury, recovery after surgery.
  • What happens at the first assessment and how long it takes.
  • Your clinicians and their qualifications.
  • Prices for the assessment and follow-up sessions.

How you get it here

  • Service sections for the conditions you treat and a team section for your clinicians.
  • A first assessment and a follow-up as two bookable services with different lengths, up to 2 hours each.
  • Up to 10 questions of your own on the booking form, such as where it hurts and how long it has.
  • Each booking opens or updates the patient's card in Customers, so you see every past visit before the next one.
  • Two clinicians can see patients in the same slot. Each has their own hours and treatments, and patients pick who they see: up to 3 people on Starter and 10 on Business.

Found by patients nearby

The site tells search engines what kind of business you are, where you work and when you are open. Your dashboard lists the next steps, such as your Google Business Profile, and the directories that matter for your kind of business.

What it does not do yet

  • One person takes one booking at a time: a slot cannot hold several clients yet, so group sessions are not supported.
  • The patient card is a contact and booking history, not a clinical record: keep treatment notes in your clinical system.
  • Booking does not create a video link for remote sessions.
  • Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.

Questions

Can patients book a first assessment online?

Yes. The assessment is a bookable service with its own length; patients pick a real free slot and get a confirmation email with a calendar file and a reminder before the visit.

Can I ask about the injury before the visit?

Yes. Add up to 10 questions of your own to the booking form, and the answers arrive with the booking.

Can I keep treatment notes here?

No. The customer card keeps contact details and the history of bookings and messages, not clinical notes.
