Tutoring website builder with online booking
Parents and students look for a tutor who knows their subject and their exam. Your site should show what you teach, how lessons work and make the first lesson easy to arrange.

Start with a description like this
“Maths tutor. Exam preparation, lessons online and at home. I need subjects, a timetable and an enquiry form.”
What a tutoring website needs
- Subjects and levels, including the exams you prepare for.
- How lessons run: online, at your place or at the student's.
- Your experience and results.
- An easy first step: a trial lesson or a question.
How you get it here
- Service sections for subjects and levels, and an about section for your experience.
- Lessons become bookable services by video call, at your address or at the student's, from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- An enquiry form for parents with questions. Every enquiry lands in Customers, and you get an email.
- The Blog assistant can write articles on exam preparation and study tips, as drafts for you to check.

The site tells search engines what kind of business you are, where you work and when you are open. Your dashboard lists the next steps, such as your Google Business Profile, and the directories that matter for your kind of business.
What it does not do yet
- Weekly lessons are booked one at a time. There are no recurring bookings yet.
- Bookings run one at a time, so a group lesson cannot hold several students in one slot.
- The video call room is not created for you. Paste your own Zoom, Meet or Teams link into the lesson once, and it goes out with every confirmation.
- Lesson packages are not booked as one: each lesson is booked on its own.
- Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.
Questions
Can students book online lessons?
Yes. Mark a lesson as a video call and students pick a free slot on your site; you both get an email with a calendar file. Paste your meeting room link into the lesson once, and it goes out in the confirmation, the reminder and the calendar file.
Can parents ask questions before booking?
Yes. The enquiry form asks for a name and a phone number or email, and everything they write lands in your customer list with an email to you.
Do I need a website as a tutor?
A site gives parents one page to check you and one place to book, and it can be found by people searching for a tutor in your subject and area. You can start on the free plan.
