Answer enquiries with Website Leads
When someone writes to you from your website, Website Leads drafts a reply. Nothing is sent until you press Send it.
Send a reply
- Open Website Leads and the Replies tab. New drafts are under Waiting for you.
- Read the draft. Change the subject or the message and press Save changes if you like. The address comes from the enquiry and cannot be changed.
- Press Send it, check the address and the age of the draft, then press Yes, send it. A sent letter cannot be recalled.
- Throw it away discards a draft you do not want.
Good to know
- Watching your form is on from the start: every new enquiry gets a draft as it arrives.
- Test it on a made up enquiry shows how it works without a real customer.
- People who asked not to be contacted are never written to.
- Each reply uses AI credits from your plan; redrafting the same reply is free.
