Read your Google reviews and ask for reviews
Google Reviews reads your rating and latest reviews on Google and asks your customers for a review by email.
Connect your place
- Open Google Reviews and write "Find my business on Google".
- The assistant shows the places it found. Tell it which one is yours - it never picks for you.
- Ask "Show my reviews" to see your rating, the total number of reviews and the five latest.
Ask a customer for a review
- Write "Ask Anna for a review", or open the ... menu on a customer card and choose Ask for a review.
- Press Yes, do it on the card that appears. One letter goes to that person.
- Asking needs your reviews link in Settings -> Business details (Where people leave you reviews).
- One person is asked at most 2 times, at least 90 days apart, and never after they unsubscribe.
What it cannot do
- Google shows at most five reviews here and picks them itself.
- Replying to reviews on Google is not possible from here yet.
