Remind customers to pay
Reminders email your customer about an unpaid invoice before and after the due date. They stop as soon as the invoice is paid.
Turn reminders on
- Open Settings -> Invoices.
- Tick Automatic payment reminders.
- Pick a schedule and press Save.
The three schedules
- Standard: 7 days before, on the due date, 1 and 3 days after.
- Gentle: on the due date and 3 days after.
- Persistent: 7 and 1 days before, on the due date, then 1, 3 and 7 days after.
- To stop reminders for one invoice, open it and turn its reminders off.
