Add a price calculator
A price calculator lets visitors pick what they need and see an estimate right away. One press sends their choice and the total to you as a request.
Add it
- Open Website and press the plus between two sections.
- Open Calculator in the catalogue and pick a layout. It is free.
- It is filled with your services and their prices from Bookings or Business details. With no prices yet, it shows a Basic, Standard and Premium example - change those prices before you publish.
- Want something special, such as price by square metres with extras? Describe it in the Custom tab of the catalogue or ask AI Partner: "add a calculator for a home cleaning quote". This uses AI credits.
Change prices and choices
- Press Edit Content on the calculator. Change service names and prices, the questions, their range (from, to, step), the unit and the choices.
- Every choice carries a number the price uses: a quantity, a price, or a surcharge such as 1.25 for +25%.
- Change the estimate note and the button words there too. The note is always shown, so visitors know the price is approximate.
- Changes save by themselves. Cancel takes back everything changed in the panel.
Change how it counts
- Press AI Edit and say it in words: "add a weekend surcharge of 20%", "a discount from 5 sessions", "show the price per month over 12 months".
- The formulas are under For advanced users in Content. A formula with a mistake is not saved, and the panel says what is wrong.
Requests
- Visitors press the request button, leave a name and a phone or email, and send. Their choices and the total come with the request.
- You get an email, and the person appears in Customers like any other request from your website.
- In the customer's Messages the request shows as a price card: the total in large type and each question with its answer. In the Customers list the total stands next to the name.
- The price is kept as it was when they sent the request. If you change your prices later, old requests do not change.
- Website Leads can draft a reply with that price, marked as approximate. It never works out a price of its own, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
- With Customers turned off in Features, the calculator still counts, but the request form is hidden.
