Set your currency and tax

Each business has one currency and one default tax rate. Bookings and invoices use them.

Open Currency & Tax settings

Change the currency or tax

  1. Open Settings -> Currency & Tax.
  2. Pick the default currency.
  3. Choose how tax works on booking prices: no tax, included in the price, or added on top.
  4. Type the default tax %, for example 18, and press Save.

Good to know

  • Prices are not converted when you change the currency: the same numbers show in the new currency.
  • Invoices always add the tax on top of the line prices. You can change the tax on each invoice.
