Invite your team
On the Business plan you can invite the people who run the business with you. Each signs in with their own email - no shared passwords.
Invite step by step
- Open the business in your dashboard, then Settings -> Team.
- Type their email address and press Invite.
- They get an email with a link. The link signs them in and opens this business - there is no password to set.
What a teammate can do
- Everything you do every day: the site and the editor, customers and bookings, the assistants, SEO and pictures, the business details and the domain.
- Only the owner can pay, change the plan, delete the business and invite or remove people.
- A teammate sees only the business you invited them to, not your other businesses.
Remove someone or leave
- Settings -> Team -> Remove next to their name. They cannot open the business any more.
- A teammate can press Leave next to their own name.
- If the business moves off the Business plan, teammates are paused, not removed. When the plan comes back, so does their access.
