Online booking system for small businesses
Customers pick a service and a free time on your site, and both of you get an email with a calendar file. Your week lives in one calendar you can rearrange by dragging.

Your services, your rules
- Durations from 15 minutes to 2 hours, and slots every 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
- Buffers between appointments, up to 30 minutes.
- A free-cancellation window of up to 48 hours.
- Where it happens: at your place, at the customer's, by phone or by video call.
- Up to 10 questions of your own for the customer to answer.
Your hours
Up to two working intervals a day, the minimum notice you need and how far ahead people may book, up to a year. One switch hides booking from the site when you need a break.
The booking widget
Four short steps on your site. Only real free slots are shown, with existing bookings and your buffers taken into account. The widget works even without JavaScript and keeps spam out without a CAPTCHA.
Your week
A week calendar with every appointment. Click an empty slot to add a booking, or drag one to move it; clashes are checked for you.
Emails and reminders
- You and your customer get an email when a booking is made, moved, changed or cancelled, with a calendar file attached.
- A reminder goes to the customer before the visit, 24 hours ahead unless you choose otherwise.
- The customer can cancel from a secure link in the email.
Every booking is a customer
Each booking creates or updates the customer's card in Customers, with the full booking history.
For salons and beauty studios
Each treatment gets its own length and a buffer to reset between clients, the booking form shows only real free slots at any hour within the times you set, and every client's history sits in one card. See the pages for hairdressers and nail studios for what a salon site needs.
For clinics and therapists
Set up a first assessment and a follow-up as two services with different lengths, and ask up to 10 questions before the visit, such as where it hurts or the pet's name. The customer card keeps contacts and bookings, not clinical notes.
For visits at the customer's address
Make a service happen at the customer's address and add up to 30 minutes for travel between jobs. Cleaners, plumbers and personal trainers use it this way.
What it does not do yet
- Card payment at booking, in full or as a deposit, goes through your own Stripe account: there is no built-in card processing.
- No sync with Google Calendar yet.
- Customers cannot move a booking themselves. They cancel and book again.
- A slot holds one customer per person: group sessions are not supported yet.
- Booking emails are in English.
Questions
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. They choose a service and a free time on your site and leave their name and contact details. Both of you get a confirmation email with a calendar file.
Can a customer cancel a booking?
Yes, from a secure link in the confirmation email. You get an email when they do, and the time becomes free on your site again.
Does it prevent double bookings?
Yes. The site offers only free slots, with existing bookings and your buffers taken into account, and moving a booking in your calendar checks for clashes.
Can two stylists or therapists take clients at the same time?
Yes. Add the people who take bookings, each with their own hours and services: up to 3 on Starter and up to 10 on Business. Customers pick who they see or take anyone free. One person still takes one booking at a time, so group sessions are not supported yet.
