Buy, change or cancel a plan

Buy a plan

1. Open the business in your dashboard and press Upgrade, or open Settings -> Billing and press See plans.
2. Pick monthly or yearly at the top. Yearly costs less per month.
3. Press Choose under the plan and pay in the window that opens. The plan switches on as soon as the payment goes through.

Switch to another plan

• Open the plans window and press Switch under the plan you want. Before anything is charged you see the amount.
• Moving up starts at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
• Moving down starts at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then the business keeps its current plan.

Cancel, card and invoices

• Settings -> Billing -> Cancel plan. The plan keeps working until the end of the paid period, then the business moves to Free. Changed your mind before that date? Press Keep my plan.
• Invoices in Billing lists every payment and refund. Press Download next to a payment for its PDF invoice.
• Update billing details opens the billing portal: company name, VAT number and address on your invoices, and your card.
• Within 30 days of your first payment you can get your money back: press Request a refund in Billing and send the email. The business then moves to Free.
• Deleting a business cancels its plan at the end of the paid period.
