Step-by-step guides
- Your dashboard at a glance Home is the first screen of your dashboard. It shows your site and the newest things in your business, and points to what to do first.
- Sign up, sign in and log out There is no password to remember. You type your email, we send you a link, and the link signs you in.
- Build your site Your site is built from five short questions about your business. You answer them, and the builder writes the text, picks the pictures and assembles the pages.
- Connect your own domain You can use a domain you already bought anywhere, like yourbusiness.com. You add two records at the company where you bought it, and your site opens on that address with a secure https connection. Email and everything else on the domain stay as they are. Your own domain is part of the Starter and Business plans.
- Move your site to your own hosting Your site can live on your own hosting as a regular WordPress site. You download two files - the site archive and an installer - upload them to your hosting and open the installer in a browser. It sets everything up in a few minutes. The site stays connected to your dashboard: requests from its forms keep arriving here. Moving to your own hosting is part of the Starter and Business plans.
- Change your free address Every site gets a free address on our domain the moment it is built. You can change the first part of it at any time, and the old address keeps working.
- Buy, change or cancel a plan Each business has its own plan. You can buy it, switch it or cancel it at any time from your dashboard.
- Invite your team On the Business plan you can invite the people who run the business with you. Each signs in with their own email - no shared passwords.
- Translate your site into other languages Your site can speak more languages on every plan: one more on Free, two on Starter, three on Business. Add a language once - the whole site is translated for you and stays translated when you edit it.
- Delete a business and keep a copy You can delete a business at any time and bring it back within 14 days. Before you delete it, you can download its posts and pictures in one archive.
- Speak instead of typing You can talk to any of your assistants instead of typing. Press the microphone, speak, and your words appear in the message box.
- What your assistants can do Your dashboard has four assistants. Each has its own job, and every one of them can also answer questions about the platform and change settings for you.
- Let an assistant change your site Your assistant can change the wording on the pages of your site. It never touches the page on its own: it shows you a table of the changes, and you decide.
- Take bookings on your site Visitors can book a time with you straight from your site. You set the hours and services once; every booking then lands in your weekly calendar.
- Let your team take bookings When several people take appointments, each gets their own hours, services and colour. Clients choose who they see, or take anyone who is free. Up to 3 people take bookings on Starter and up to 10 on Business, you included.
- Work with your customers Everyone who writes to you from your site or books an appointment appears in Customers on their own. You can add people by hand too.
- Invite friends and earn Share your invite link. When a friend signs up from it and pays for a plan, you earn 15% of their payments for 12 months.
- Credits and spend AI credits are one pool for all the AI work in a business: messages to your assistants, blog posts, replies to enquiries, site translation and filling Image Studio layouts. Building your site costs no credits.
- See what you used this month Settings -> Usage shows the AI credits this business has left, when new ones arrive and where they went - plus the few things counted separately.
- Send an invoice to a customer Bill a customer in a minute. They get an email with a link to view the invoice, save it as a PDF and pay.
- Set your currency and tax Each business has one currency and one default tax rate. Bookings and invoices use them.
- Remind customers to pay Reminders email your customer about an unpaid invoice before and after the due date. They stop as soon as the invoice is paid.
- Get found in search and AI answers SEO & GEO shows how search engines and AI assistants see your site and what to do next. It works once your site is published.
- Get listed on directories Directories like Google Business Profile, Bing and Apple Maps are where customers and AI tools look you up. SEO & GEO -> Business listings shows which ones matter for your trade and country.
- Your profile Profile holds your name and the email you sign in with.
- Your business details Business details hold the contacts your site shows: phone, email, address and opening hours. Your site shows the new details right away.
- Turn features on and off Each business can switch off what it does not use: bookings, customers, the blog, SEO & GEO or the assistants. Nothing is deleted.
- Publish, preview or hide your site General settings decide who can see your site: everyone, only people with the link, or only you.
- Connect Google Analytics or your own code Integrations connect Google Analytics and let you add your own code, such as a chat or a pixel, to every page of your site.
- Set your favicon The favicon is the small icon in the browser tab and in search results.
- Set up how your blog looks Blog settings decide how your posts look: how wide the text is and which details sit around it.
- Choose how the top of a blog post looks The header is the top of every blog post: the title, the details under it and the cover image.
- Choose what readers see after a blog post The footer is what readers see after a post: share buttons, related posts and links to the previous and next post.
- Edit your website and publish it You change your site right on the page. Every change is saved as you go, but visitors see it only after you press Publish.
- Add a video to a section A section with the Video layout shows one video. It can be your own file or a YouTube or Vimeo video.
- Build a custom section When no section in the catalogue fits, describe the one you need - or show a picture of a section you like - and we build it for your page.
- Edit a section with AI Every section has an AI Edit button. Write what you want changed and the AI edits that section for you. You always see what actually changed, and you can go back.
- Add a price calculator A price calculator lets visitors pick what they need and see an estimate right away. One press sends their choice and the total to you as a request.
- Make pictures in Image Studio Image Studio makes pictures and logos from your words. Everything you make stays in Your creations.
- Work with AI Partner AI Partner does small jobs for your business and tells you what it found. Write to it like to a colleague.
- Write your blog with the Blog assistant The Blog assistant finds what your customers search for and writes posts for your blog. You decide what it writes about and whether it publishes on its own.
- Answer enquiries with Website Leads When someone writes to you from your website, Website Leads drafts a reply. Nothing is sent until you press Send it.
- Read your Google reviews and ask for reviews Google Reviews reads your rating and latest reviews on Google and asks your customers for a review by email.
- Add a second business and switch between them One account can run several businesses. Each has its own site, customers, plan and settings.
- Take payments for bookings with Stripe Connect your own Stripe account, and clients can pay when they book. They pay on a Stripe page, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account - we never hold it.
- Change a page address, search title or menu label Each page of your site has its own settings: how it is called in the menu, its address and how it looks in search results.
- Get a visits report by email or Telegram A short report of who visited your site can come to your email or to Telegram every day, week or month.
Getting started
How does the site get built?
You answer a handful of questions about the business: what it does, where it works, who it is for. That is the whole input.
We then pick the sections your kind of business needs, write the text, choose images and assemble the pages. Nothing is written by hand and nothing is copied from a template pile - the pages are built from the same section library every site here uses.
The first build takes a few minutes. You can watch it happen, and you can change everything afterwards.
Can I change the text and the pictures?
Yes, and that is the normal way to work here. Open your site in the editor and click the part you want to change - the text, the heading, the button, the photo.
Layouts are swappable too: a section keeps your words and puts them in a different arrangement.
Images come from your own uploads first, then from stock. You can also ask us to draw one, and that has a small monthly limit because every drawing costs money on our side.
How do I get my own address?
Every site gets an address on our domain the moment it is built, and that address works straight away - you can hand it out the same day.
On the Starter and Business plans you can also connect a domain you already own: you add two records at the company where you bought it, and your site opens on it with https. The guide "Connect your own domain" in this help center walks you through it step by step.
We do not sell domains yet, so yours stays wherever you bought it.
Customers and bookings
Where do enquiries from my site go?
Into Customers, as a card with everything the person filled in. You also get an email, so you do not have to keep the tab open.
The form asks only for a name and one way to reach the person - a phone number or an email. Whatever else they write comes along with it.
Can people book a time with me?
Yes. You describe your services and the hours you work, and the site shows a booking widget with real free slots.
Both sides get an email when a booking is made, changed or cancelled. Your week is in Bookings, and you can move an appointment by dragging it.
Assistants
What do the assistants actually do?
Four of them, each with one job:
- AI Partner - the one you talk to about the business itself.
- Blog - plans topics and writes posts for your site.
- Website Leads - drafts replies to the enquiries that come in.
- Google Reviews - asks your customers for reviews and suggests answers you post on Google.
An assistant never sends anything on its own. It prepares a draft, you read it, and it goes out when you say so.
How are the monthly limits counted?
AI work uses AI credits from one pool: messages to the assistants, blog posts, replies to enquiries, site translation and filling Studio layouts. The free plan gives you credits to try once; paid plans add new credits every month on your payment date.
Unused monthly credits carry over for one month. New pictures and invoices have their own monthly counts. Editing your pages, receiving an enquiry or sending an email costs nothing.
Your credits, the date new ones arrive and where they went are in Settings, under Usage.
Your account
Why is there no password?
Because a password is one more thing to lose. You type your email and we send a link that signs you in; the link works once and expires in fifteen minutes.
Signing in with Google works the same way and skips the email.
If a link does not arrive, look in the spam folder first - and if it is not there either, write to us.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Your site stays online, the enquiries keep arriving and the bookings keep working. None of that depends on a limit.
When AI credits run out, the assistants pause until new credits arrive or you move to a bigger plan. New pictures stop at their own monthly count. Everything else carries on.
How do invites pay?
Your invite link is in Referrals. Anyone who signs up from it is yours from that moment, and you earn a share of everything they pay us during the first year.
Each reward waits out a holding period before it can be paid - that is there so a refund does not turn into a clawback.
Automatic payouts are not switched on yet. Until they are, we pay by hand: write to us when you have something ready to pay, and we will arrange it.
Can I take my site with me?
The text and the images are yours, and you can copy them out at any time.
The sections themselves are our code, not files in your account - that is what lets us fix a section once and have it fixed on every site, including yours, without anyone migrating anything.
